Your body is your instrument when you sing. Using your voice well comes from an active sense of physical support from foot soles, through the legs and spine to the crown of the head. I will show you how to ground your physical presence, place your voice and extend your vocal range.
My lessons will give you a daily practice of using your voice and developing practical musicianship.
This is an organic process that is pleasurable and creative.
My approach to teaching voice is grounded in my Conservatory training and is informed by Eutony, Qigong and Modern Dance.
I am an accomplished pianist and will accompany you in vocal repertoire from Classical to Jazz and Pop.
Please phone me for more information and set up a lesson.
