Christy, Keith & Donnell Family Law Group, P.C. is seeking a skilled attorney with seven to ten years of family law experience who is capable of managing their own caseload and making court appearances to join our exceptional team.
From our primary offices in the Montclair District of the Oakland Hills, our team of skilled attorneys and staff provide superior legal representation to individuals throughout the Bay Area in all aspects of family law. We are committed to, and seek someone, who shares our passion for addressing issues that affect the lives of families and children during a time of significant transition.
The right candidate will be comfortable working independently, as well as part of a team. Must be able to multi-task, track and meet deadlines effectively, interact well with clients, have excellent verbal and writing skills, and demonstrate empathy for families going through challenging transitions. The position will involve significant litigation work. Confidence in courtroom settings is a must as is experience running support calculations, working with forensic accountants, and using Essential Forms and Westlaw legal research. Experience with ProLaw a plus. Reasonable billable hours and generous benefits. A commitment to serving others through the law is an absolute requirement.
Minimum Qualifications
• Membership in good standing in the CA Bar.
• Seven or more years of family law experience, with a strong grasp of California family law.
• Capable of managing own caseload and making court appearances.
• Strong personal work ethic and ability to organize time, manage diverse activities, and meet critical deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills, with ability to be detail oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team.
• Curious and self-directed with an ability to anticipate what needs to be done.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects while maintaining a firm grasp of individual project details.
• Ability and willingness to travel to all Bay Area courts are required.
• Bilingual ability in Spanish a plus.

This is a hybrid position, with in office expectations based on experience, performance, and circumstances. Our offices are conveniently located within walking distance of a variety of coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, gyms and the like.
