We are actively seeking a Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney (entry-level or early-career) to join our growing team in Oakland.
💰 Compensation
Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 (based on experience)

⚖️ What You’ll Do
Represent injured workers in California workers’ compensation cases
Take and defend depositions, appear at hearings, and assist in trial preparation
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
Develop case strategies aimed at maximizing settlements and awards
Communicate directly with clients, doctors, and opposing counsel
Be part of a fast-paced, results-driven legal team
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Active member of the California State Bar
Spanish fluency strongly preferred
Strong communication, advocacy, and critical thinking skills
Willingness to pick up the phone and move cases forward
Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
