This an unlimited civil case ‘bout lender, condominium/lot property management company, and lot reservation system. They took my car wrong, messed up my payments, didn’t give proper notice, and let it disappear from a “secure” lot while I was overseas.
Main parties: National financial co handled the loan, management ran the property, a dot com ran the parking setup.
What started it: My car got taken while I was out the country, even though it was parked where they told me to park.
Money problems: They played with my payments — double charges and cash payments not credited right. Accounting / “manufactured default”:
No real notice: They sent sale papers to my old Arizona address even though they knew I lived in California.
Security failed: They said it was gated, watched, and on a Do-Not-Tow list, but still let it get taken.
Big damages: I lost over $9,300 cash, plus more than $35,000 in total harm to my life and income and it’s rising by the day.
What I need: I need a lawyer to pick the right court, file right, and force them to show their records.
