Help Needed: LG Front-Loading Washer Drainage Issue (OE Error)

Hi! I'm looking for someone experienced with washing machine repairs to help diagnose and fix a drainage issue with my LG front-loading washer. I’m not sure how old the machine is (it came with my home), but it recently started showing the OE error, indicating a drain problem.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Opened the small drain tube behind the front lower panel - no water came out (unexpected).
Opened the drain filter - lots of water poured out immediately, so something’s backed up.
Tried squeezing the small drain hose: the bottom is flexible, but the upper part feels completely hardened.
Used a small bristle brush and got out what looked like black sand/grit, but the clog is still there.
Clearly, there’s a blockage I can’t clear on my own. I’m looking for someone who knows these LG models and can come take a look, troubleshoot, and get it draining properly again.
