IMMEDIATE WORK AVAILABLE
Legacy Property Preservation Group, LLC is seeking reliable and experienced independent property preservation crews to service foreclosed and vacant properties. Immediate assignments are available for qualified contractors.
SERVICES MAY INCLUDE:
• Initial property secures and lock changes
• Property condition assessments and repair bids
• Grass cuts and routine lawn maintenance
• Trash-outs and debris removal
• Winterizations and de-winterizations
• Roof patching and minor repairs
• Property inspections and damage reporting
• Tree and shrub trimming
• Mold treatment
• General property preservation and maintenance
CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous property preservation experience
• Knowledge of preservation requirements and damage reporting
• Reliable transportation, tools, and equipment
• Ability to complete assignments accurately and on time
• Ability to accept work within required service timeframes
• Reliable telephone and email communication
• Professional, detailed, and quality workmanship
QUALITY-CONTROL STANDARDS:
All completed assignments are subject to inspection by our internal quality-control team. Contractors must follow the complete work order, meet all deadlines, and provide professional results.
Incomplete, late, or substandard work will not be accepted. We are a professional company seeking serious, dependable, and responsive contractors.
COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT TERMS:
Compensation is based on the approved scope of work for each assignment.
Payment for your first two completed jobs will be issued after the work has passed inspection. After the first two jobs, Net 30 payment terms will apply.
Payments are processed biweekly by direct deposit.
