We’re looking for a licensed contractor with broad trade experience who’s a true problem-solver in the field. You should be comfortable managing and executing renovation work across multiple scopes, making practical decisions, and keeping projects moving without constant oversight.
These are rental renovation / turn projects. The goal is durable, clean, and cost-effective—not high-end or luxury finishes. You must have extensive experience renovating homes to become rentals and be able to deliver strong results while controlling labor and material costs.
