We are recruiting a small team (3 people) to help generate high-quality physical task data in a controlled lab environment.
This role is ideal for college students interested in robotics, AI, engineering, or hands-on technical work.
🛠 What You’ll Do
As a Robotics Manipulation Data Associate, you will:
Perform structured two-handed physical tasks repeatedly in a lab setting
Assemble small mechanical components and kits
Perform tool-based fastening (bolts, clamps, alignment tasks)
Complete packaging and object handling workflows
Simulate real-world service tasks (lifting, placement, folding, organizing)
Follow procedural task scripts with high consistency
Occasionally perform recovery steps when tasks intentionally vary
Work 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
All sessions are recorded for robotics training purposes (video + motion capture).
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
No formal qualifications required.
We’re looking for candidates who:
Are reliable and punctual
Have good hand coordination and motor control
Can focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods
Present themselves professionally
Are comfortable being recorded during task sessions
Are able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
Are willing to work in a structured lab environment
Ideal for:
