Restore the interior of my VW at Highridge location or Santa Clara Ave or at the Auto Parts on Broadway in case I don't have all the parts.

-Build "overhang/trellis" approximately 4x10 flat top made of 2x2 inch over a frame attached to the house on the right, the tall wall bottom left and a post added to the top left. Hope this makes sense with the picture.
Hang ceiling fixtures. Adjust gate to close easily. Replace, repair or clean gutter. Prune some branches. Repair wood bench-screws/glue.

-add a metal support to a 4x4 at the end of a fence
-install 6-12 plants in around front and back patios
-repair old shower door over the bathtub
-wash exterior and interior of windows that are within reasonable reach OR bid for all of them
-clean paint drips off of some tiles and touch up the walls where there are patches
-wire brush/sand the freezer baskets then spray paint them
-clean, oil, adjust tracks for some sliding patio doors and closet door
