Carpenter (High-End Residential Remodels & Custom Cabinetry)
We’re a local design-build company specializing in high-end residential remodels and custom cabinetry. We’re looking for a skilled carpenter who is motivated, dependable, and ready to bring precision craftsmanship to our projects. This is a full-time position with steady work alongside an experienced team dedicated to detail and quality.
Position Overview:
The carpenter will work on a variety of residential projects, including framing, finish carpentry, cabinet installation, and custom woodwork. The ideal candidate has strong carpentry skills, an eye for detail, and a clean driving record for occasional material runs and jobsite support.
Must have experience in:
* Rough and finish carpentry (doors, trim, baseboards, moldings, cabinetry)
* Reading and interpreting plans, elevations, and shop drawings
* Cabinet assembly and installation
* Safe operation of carpentry tools and equipment
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
Requirements:
* Minimum 2–3 years of carpentry experience
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Reliable transportation
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Compensation:
Starting at $28 per hour DOE with opportunities to grow into higher roles. Full-time, 40 hours per week.
