Position: Carpenter’s Apprentice — Starting at $24/hr

Applicants should have a basic understanding of construction tasks such as demolition, concrete work, and framing, and must be able to lift 80 lbs with ease. A clean driving record, ability to safely operate a pickup truck, and fluency in English are required (Spanish is a plus). This position includes paid days off and additional benefits.
As a Carpenter’s Apprentice, you’ll support our field team in maintaining efficient, organized, and safe job sites while gaining hands-on experience in all construction trades. Duties & Responsibilities
• Safely load, transport, and deliver materials and equipment to job sites in a timely and courteous manner.
• Follow all safety procedures, including applicable Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Maintain truck inventory, cleanliness, and general appearance.
• Perform daily job site cleanup, organization of tools, and material staging.
• Assist carpenters with demolition, framing, concrete prep, and general construction tasks.
• Execute delivery and pickup instructions from the Project Assistant and Project Manager.
• Complete additional duties as assigned to support field operations and project progress.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1-3 years of construction experience.
• Valid California driver’s license and ability to drive a pickup truck.
• Clean driving record (no accidents, incidents, or violations within the last 3 years).
• Ability to lift 80 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Familiarity with basic power tools, hand tools, and construction materials.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for learning multiple trades.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
