We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Mover. This is a physically demanding position and we require someone who is committed, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic. If you're someone who isn't afraid of hard work and you have experience in moving, we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Meet at our warehouse each day to load the truck with furniture for the day's project(s)
Unload and carefully set up furniture in the designated areas
Clean and maintain company equipment/furnaturte
Build out of box Furniture.
Work diligently to ensure projects are completed on time, which may involve long hours
Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
CA Drivers License (Must be able to drive a 24ft Box Truck) Think of an average size Uhaul
Previous moving or furniture handling experience is preferred
Ability to lift heavy items and work for extended periods of time
Strong attention to detail and respect for client property
Excellent teamwork skills and a professional demeanor at all times
Flexibility to work varying hours, sometimes up to 11 hours in a day
Compensation:
This position starts at $20 per hour, paid as a private contractor.
