I need a female to shadow me — basically hang out with me and go wherever I go.
I drive around daily posting ads on Craigslist, Yelp, Facebook, and marketing my business. I also pass out business cards and flyers while heading to estimate customers. I sell construction and landscaping — landscaping is everything you see outside, and construction is building onto a house or building from the ground up.
I grocery shop weekly with my own money (no EBT, but if you have it that helps and we can live simple). I wake up daily and go to client houses 7 days a week. I leave before 7AM on weekdays, weekends are more flexible.
I own my house, work truck, trailer, and tools. I have subcontractors and architects I work with — I just need help finding customers and staying consistent.
What I need from you:
* Be around me daily
* Help pass out flyers while I’m working or estimating
* Help keep things organized
* Cook simple meals
* Help wash my car/truck sometimes
I’ll do all the talking and business side — you just help support and stay consistent with me.
I have a 3-bedroom house and this is a live-in opportunity. I’m turning 42 and I’ve been doing this work my whole life (learned from my father and family). I got licensed about a year ago and also have a small office with a view in Lake Merritt, Oakland.
This is my lifestyle — I hustle every day. When I’m not working, I’m either relaxing, thinking about my next move, going through messages, or trying to improve. I also try to hike at least an hour a day.
I can teach you business, how to make money, and help you work toward goals like getting a car, starting a business, getting your license, or your own place.
I drive a Prius hybrid to save on gas while doing estimates.
You don’t need money to start — food and transportation are handled. I can pick you up if needed.
