We are looking for a reliable full-time Maintenance Technician to work at a residential property in Hayward. This is a steady, long-term position with 40 hours per week. You will be working under a licensed General Contractor and assisting with daily maintenance tasks around the community.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/week

🛠️ Job Duties (Daily Maintenance & Light Repairs)
• Replace light bulbs & batteries
• Patch and paint small wall repairs
• Fix door knobs, hinges, and hardware
• Check and maintain garage areas
• Basic electrical (outlet covers, switches, etc.)
• Basic plumbing (sprinkler heads, toilet flappers, leaks)
• Minor carpentry repairs
• Work with vendors onsite
• Maintain facility rooms & inventory
• Report issues to supervisor
• General property cleanup when needed
This is not construction work — just light maintenance and daily facility tasks.

• Reliable and consistent
• Basic handyman skills
• Able to lift 40–50 lbs
• Good communication
• Must show up daily, Monday–Friday
• Experience with tools is a plus
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Drivers license preferred
