I had a load of fir bark delivered to my home today and need a strong guy to shovel it all into a wheelbarrow and haul it all around the yard to the places where I am placing it.
This is hot, physically demanding work. If we work together, you should know that I'm Gen X, I don't really care about your story or feelings, I don't want your excuses, I don't want to see your cell phone while you're working, bring your own bottle of water if you're thirsty, etc. (Please know that I am a nice, fair, decent person, just need the work done and that's my mission today.)
I pay $40/hr cash for work performed. First person who can work hard for 4+ hours or so today starting ASAP gets the work.
