Landscaping / Yard Help Needed – Ongoing Gig (Concord Area)
Hi there! I’m looking for a reliable landscaping laborer or small team (ideally 2 people) to help maintain a residential property in the Concord area on an ongoing basis every 2 weeks.
This is not a huge job all at once. The goal is to keep the property looking clean, polished, and well-maintained with regular upkeep.
What I’m looking for:
- Weed whacking + pulling weeds
- Trimming bushes, hedges, and small trees
- Ability to trim taller trees/branches (long pole trimmer approx. 25–35 ft reach)
- Lawn mowing as needed
- Blowing leaves/debris and cleaning up thoroughly
- Bagging and placing all green waste neatly
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work
Time expectation:
- Either 2 workers for about 1 hour, or
- 1 worker for about 2 hours
- Work will vary slightly each visit depending on what needs attention
Schedule:
- Every 2 weeks
- Preferably morning time
- We can agree on a consistent day so you can add this to your regular route
Ideal fit:
- Someone already doing landscaping and servicing homes in the Concord / Walnut Creek area
- Has their own equipment (mower, weedwhacker, blower, hedge trimmers, pole saw, etc.)
- Dependable, communicative, and takes initiative
