Hello, I am looking for a responsible and honest person who is available by appointment to show apartments.
We will also do some light moving around of things.
Properties are mostly in Berkeley. Don't need a car, but an e-bike would make it easy.
The work could expand into property management.
$25 and hour. 1-3 hours per week and can work around your schedule.
Typically, I would find out your window of availability and if I have showings then would coordinate with you and provide instructions.
We have a basic manual and protocol to follow.
Basic background check required.
