This is production based pay, not hourly. The more units your crew can complete the more you earn. This is a good fit for fast and experienced cleaning crews or small cleaning businesses that want steady production work, a clear scope, and the opportunity to make solid money in a short window.
We’re not looking for random day labor. We’re looking for crews that can show up on time, clean quickly, communicate well, work efficiently, and leave behind clean, move in ready apartments.
Must have:
-Your own cleaning supplies/equipment
-Reliable transportation
-Experience cleaning houses, rentals, hotels, or similar
-Good communication
-Attention to detail
This is a fast paced move out cleaning project, so we need crews that can move quickly but still hit the details.
