Portfolio Maintenance
Location: Vallejo, San Pablo, Antioch.
Compensation: $20 to $40/hr depending upon experience
We are seeking both landscape laborers and a highly skilled, independent Landscaper to handle a variety of part-time projects across a 70-home property management portfolio in the Vallejo/San Pablo/Antioch area. This is part-time, 1099 on-call work perfect for a pro looking to fill gaps in their schedule with steady, recurring local jobs.
LANDSCAPE FOREMAN REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have your own reliable truck (capable of hauling debris/materials).
Must have your own full set of professional tools (mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools).
Must have experience installing DG paths, pavers, drainage and irrigation
Experience with Heavy Machinery Helpful but not required: Proficiency with a Bobcat/skid steer and machine tampers is highly preferred for upcoming path and patio installs.
SCOPE OF WORK:
General Maintenance: Trimming, weeding, fertilizing, and full landscape cleanups.
Hardscape Construction: Building/repairing fences; installing Decomposed Granite (DG) and Paver paths and patios.
Systems: Drainage: Irrigation repair/install and professional drainage solutions.
Tree Work and Demo: Tree trimming, site demolition, and dump runs.
Helpful but not required: Concrete forming and finishing experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be the "go-to" for a large management portfolio. We need someone who is communicative, punctual, and can work independently to keep these properties in top shape.
