📌 NOW HIRING – MAINTENANCE WORKER (LANDSCAPING + POWER WASH + CLEANING) – $28/HR
Location: Richmond / Oakland / Concord / Sacramento/ San Jose/ San Francisco/ Bay Area
Pay: $28 per hour
Benefits: Company truck provided + gas paid
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Occasional Saturdays when needed
We are looking for a responsible, hard-working, and easy-to-work-with person for outdoor maintenance work only.
👉 This is NOT a construction job.
👉 This is NOT an office job.
Work involves gardening, landscaping, power washing, and exterior cleaning.
Job Duties (Outdoor Work):
Gardening and landscaping
Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, blowing
Weeding, planting, and general yard care
Power washing outdoor surfaces
Exterior cleaning and property maintenance
Using basic landscaping tools and equipment
Requirements:
Experience in gardening / landscaping
Experience with power washing
Valid driver’s license (company truck provided)
Responsible, respectful, and reliable
Able to perform physical outdoor labor
Punctual and able to work independently
Occasional Saturdays if required
