Delivery Driver (Part Time)
Expected hours:
- Wednesday-Friday and every other Tuesday
- Start time anywhere from 7-9am
- End time anywhere from 3-6pm
- Tuesdays ~4-6 hours
- Wednesdays ~8-10+ hours
- Thursdays ~6-8 hours
- Fridays ~8-10+ hours
- Total expected weekly hours from 24-34 or more. Overtime may be necessary.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver a memorable experience to all of our accounts by:
- Having a friendly and helpful attitude
- Delivering our beer on time and accurate
- Communicating between account and sales team
- Stock shelves or assist in other ways if needed
- Plan and map routes, taking traffic and receiving/operation hours into account
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and alert management of any issues
- Share your passion and enthusiasm for beer in a way that is accessible and friendly, from the experienced beer drinker to the newbie
- Additional hours available to work closely with brewers cleaning kegs, canning, kegging, organizing cooler, and more
Skills/Traits required:
- Self-motivated and able to manage time well
- Passionate about craft beer
- Enthusiastic about creating memorable customer experiences
- Genuinely enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Good at communicating and following written/verbal instructions
- Dependable and thrive in a team environment
This is a physically demanding job. You must be able to:
- Handle kegs and cases of beer using a dolly
- Maneuver 160 pounds (1/2 barrel kegs)
- Perform repetitive motions of pulling, pushing, lifting, etc.
* Must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age
* Have a clean driving record
* Only highly self-motivated, organized, dedicated, independent individuals need apply
* Beer industry/warehouse/delivery experience is a PLUS
Compensation:
- $22/hr+ (based on experience)
