SCHEDULE: Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Early starts in summer to beat the heat)

WHAT WE OFFER:
✔️ Great Pay: $30/hr + Commission, plus 1.5x Overtime & Double-time where applicable.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Safely climb ladders and work on pitched or flat roofs (up to 3 stories).
• Install galvanized/stainless‑steel mesh and pigeon‑proofing materials around solar arrays.
• Remove nests, droppings, and debris, and clean solar modules to restore efficiency.
• Interact professionally with homeowners and property managers to ensure a 5-star customer experience.
• Complete daily safety checklists and job reports via our mobile app.
WHAT YOU NEED (Minimum Qualifications):
• No Fear of Heights: Must be completely comfortable climbing ladders and spending full workdays on rooftops.
• Valid CA Driver’s License: Reliable transportation to our yard required (you will drive our van to sites).
• Physical Stamina: Able to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in summer heat.
• Communication: Strong command of the English language (written and verbal) for customer interaction.
• Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and a great team player.
• Basic Requirements: 18+ years old, authorized to work in the US, and willing to complete a post‑offer background check.
Bonus points if you have 1+ year of experience in roofing, solar, or pest control, or hold an OSHA-10/fall-protection certification!
