We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on person to help keep our property clean, maintained, and running smoothly. This is a steady, full-time position with a mix of outdoor and indoor work.
What You’ll Do:
• Clean and maintain pool
• Mow lawns, trim trees, pull weeds, and general landscaping
• Sweep and blow parking lots and common areas
• Pressure wash walkways and buildings
• Clean laundry rooms, offices, and shared spaces
• Take trash cans out for pickup and return them (must be able to handle large bins)
• Do light painting and general upkeep
• Help with misc. tasks and small jobs as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with landscaping, maintenance, or similar work
• Someone reliable, self-motivated, and not afraid of physical work
• Able to work independently and get things done
