Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be able to work in cold and fast-paced environments. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Perform commercial cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Buff and polish floors to enhance appearance and longevity.
Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
Assist with custodial duties such as trash removal and recycling.
Carry out facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure a safe environment.
Serve as a porter by ensuring that all areas are stocked with necessary supplies.
Participate in residential painting projects when required.
Job responsibilities may be adjusted as new cleaning needs arise.
Skills
Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness in all tasks.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members when necessary.
Willingness to learn new skills related to sanitation and maintenance tasks.
