What You’ll Do Daily:
This role is focused on the day-to-day work of supporting and performing commercial tile installation.
Depending on your experience level, daily responsibilities may include:
- Assist tile setters with layout, prep, installation, grouting, and cleanup
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
- Prepare surfaces for tile installation
- Mix mortar, thinset, grout, and other installation materials
- Cut tile and assist with measuring and layout under supervision
- Install tile on floors, walls, and other surfaces if skill level allows
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the day
- Follow foreman and lead setter direction while maintaining strong pace and quality
- Use company systems for communication, timecards, and daily coordination
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Bay Area
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work on your feet for most of the day
- Ability to start early; typical shift begins around 6:00 AM
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Basic comfort using a smartphone for:
- Digital Timecard
- WhatsApp or similar communication tools
- Digital forms / basic field communication
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Construction labor experience is a plus, but not required
- Able to follow direction, stay productive, and maintain a clean work area
- Reliable attendance and consistent follow-through

Schedule
- Full-time
- Typical hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Overtime and shift differential may apply depending on project needs
