The Role:
The Night Time Sanitation Team Member is the backbone of our daily operation. When our drivers return from their routes, your job begins. You are responsible for deep cleaning and sanitizing our fleet and soft-serve machines to ensuring they are 100% inspection-ready for the next morning.This is a critical role. If a truck isn’t cleaned perfectly, it can’t go out. We are looking for someone meticulous, reliable, and not afraid of hard work.
Key Responsibilities
Deep Cleaning & Sanitation: Thoroughly wash and sanitize the interior of the trucks, including floors, counters, and sinks, and ice cream machine.
Standard Adherence:
Follow strict health department guidelines and Mister Softee’s internal checklists to ensure zero bacterial growth or contamination.
Requirements
Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (starting around 7:30 PM). Weekend availability (minimum one weekend day) is mandatory.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and scrub for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliability: Our fleet operates daily. We need team members who show up on time, every time.

Cumplimiento de Normas:
Seguir las estrictas normas del departamento de salud y las listas de verificación internas de Mister Softee para garantizar la ausencia total de crecimiento bacteriano o contaminación.
Requisitos:
Disponibilidad: Debe estar disponible para trabajar en turnos nocturnos (a partir de las 19:30 h). La disponibilidad en fin de semana (mínimo un día de fin de semana) es obligatoria.
Resistencia Física: Capacidad para permanecer de pie, agacharse y fregar durante periodos prolongados, así como para levantar hasta 22,7 kg (50 lb).
Confiabilidad: Nuestra flota opera a diario. Necesitamos miembros del equipo que sean puntuales, siempre.
