Location: Various job sites throughout the Greater Bay Area
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, and ready to support a variety of onsite tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Site Preparation
-Clean debris and remove potential hazards
-Dig trenches and compact earth
-Set up temporary structures such as scaffolding
Material Handling
-Load and unload building materials
-Move, organize, and secure tools, equipment, and supplies
Assisting Trades
-Support carpenters, electricians, and other skilled workers as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
-Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in all weather conditions
-Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Greater Bay Area
-Strong teamwork and communication skills
-Consistent reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
