PAY: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We're a small, professional crew that holds ourselves to a high standard on every job — and we're looking for someone who does the same.
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a skilled and reliable experienced painter to join our team. The right candidate has a strong work ethic, takes pride in a clean finished product, and can work independently on residential and commercial job sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform interior and exterior painting on residential and commercial projects
- Complete thorough surface preparation including patching, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming
- Apply paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Paint trim, baseboards, door casings, cabinetry, and specialty surfaces
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site at all times
- Communicate professionally with clients and the lead/owner while on site
- Follow safety protocols and manufacturer product guidelines
- Normal schedule Mon - Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm if you are on time you are already late
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of professional painting experience
- Valid driver's license (good driving record)
- Reliable personal vehicle each day — must be able to get to and from job sites independently
- Must provide own grip (personal hand tools and basic painting equipment)
- Punctual, dependable, and professional
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
NICE TO HAVE (BIG PLUS)
- Carpentry skills — trim installation, door casing, minor wood repairs
- Drywall experience — patching, finishing, or hanging
- Dry rot Repairs - board replacement and patching in new wood
- Experience with fine finish trim work, cabinets, or specialty coatings
- Airless sprayer operation experience
- Familiarity with Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, or similar professional product lines
- Truck with racks - if used for jobs - gas reimbursements
