We are a Staging company located in Concord CA. We specialize in staging homes throughout the Contra Costa, Tri Valley areas. We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to add to our diverse Warehouse Team. Candidate must be energetic, great team player who takes initiative and who can lift 75lb plus. Candidate must be able to think outside the box and be excellent at multitasking and be willing to learn new skills.
-Computer literate-become efficient in our inventory control system (Point of Rental)
-Moving Experience
-Furniture repair experience
-Drive company truck/van
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
-Bend, squat, lift
-Lift 75+ pounds
-Customer service skills in the warehouse and at job sites
-Drive a forklift and get certified if not already
Responsibilities
-inspect all incoming and outgoing furniture for quality control
-pull furniture to fulfill orders
-put furniture back from pickups
-receive new inventory/assemble and put away
-on occasion needed at job sites for delivery/assembly
-vacuum rugs and roll rugs
-bag/wrap sofas for storage
-cross train with our staging team (go with team to job sites and assist with ironing, hanging art, arranging furniture, load/packing a box truck etc.)
****warehouse experience a plus and willingness to cross train and learn new skills
Full time position, Monday – Friday, 7am to 3:30pm (if staging the hours could be extended) with the chance of overtime when necessary
