The Maintenance Technician supports construction projects, facilities, and equipment by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in accordance with company standards, manufacturer recommendations, and Cal/OSHA safety regulations. This role ensures jobsite equipment, tools, temporary facilities, and building systems operate safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect, troubleshoot,
established schedules.
Maintain service logs, inspection records, and compliance documentation.
Track parts, tools, and supplies; request replacements when needed.
Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.

Qualifications:
Minimum +2 years’ experience in construction facilities, manufacturing, or similar trade.
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Valid California driver’s license; ability to travel to job sites.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.
Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, and walking on sloped or uneven surfaces.
