Looking for Full-Time Commercial/Residential Swimming Pool Service & Repair Technician.
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – We will train you! If you have experience in swimming pools, plumbing, or mechanical repairs, your starting pay rate will match your skill level.
💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
✅ No Experience: Starts at $22.00/hr
✅ Experienced Techs: $25.00 - $27.00/hr+ (Depending on Experience)
✅ Consistent, year-round schedule & paid training
✅ Work vehicle provided (for work use only)
✅ All tools provided
🛠️ REQUIREMENTS:
☑️ Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (Required)
☑️ Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working Indoor, outdoors
☑️ Ability to handle physical labor and lift equipment/chemicals
☑️ Strong customer service and communication skills
📋 RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️ Pool vacuuming, cleaning, brushing, and water chemistry maintenance
✔️ Visual inspections and basic troubleshooting of filtration and pumping systems
✔️ Reporting equipment issues and maintaining clear service logs
✔️ For advanced technicians: Diagnostics and repair of pool heaters, pumps, and automation control systems
