About Us:
We are a busy, established residential and commercial cleaning company with 30 employees and more than 500 happy customers. Our teams are hardworking, friendly, and passionate about providing excellent cleaning services. We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and bilingual supervisor to help lead our growing company.
Position Overview:
The supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage cleaning teams, handle customer service when needed, and keep the teams running smoothly. You’ll manage 13 teams (each with 2 Spanish-speaking cleaners). Sales and good cleaning experience are a must.
This position is in-office only — remote work is not available.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules for all cleaning teams in Google Calendar.
Communicate with customers in English by phone and email.
Manage employee schedules, updates, and time off.
Maintain Google Calendar and the customer database in the address book.
Use an Apple computer and related software.
Support and communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking staff. Instructing staff on what clients want.
Handle general office tasks and problem-solving as needed.
Requirements:
✅ Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
✅ Experience with QuickBooks, Apple computers, and Google Calendar
✅ Strong customer service and communication skills
✅ Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
✅ Responsible, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple teams
✅ Previous office or management experience preferred
Schedule and Pay:
Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM – 6:00PM
Pay: Based on experience. Start $150/day.
