• Position: Field Support Transporter- Part Time
• Pay: $22/hour (hourly, non-exempt)
• Hours: 10–20 hours per week (could be up to 25 hrs, depends on number of jobs we have)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional evenings and/or Saturdays based on business needs
• Location: Must live near Walnut Creek, CA (Concord, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, Danville, San Ramon, etc)

Living Lite Organized provides premium organizing and move-management services throughout Northern California. We specialize in home and business organizing, move management (packing and unpacking), senior transitions, chronic disorganization support, hoarding support (Levels 1–3), and paper management systems.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Field Support Coordinator provides logistical support to our organizing team through transportation, inventory management, product procurement and returns, donation coordination, and storage organization. This position includes regular driving and physical activity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Gather and transport organizing products and equipment
* Complete product returns for Amazon items and local retailers such as The Container Store
* Handle donation drop-offs, e-waste, and occasional shredding drop-offs
* Maintain and organize our storage unit and inventory systems
* Restock team supplies
* Drive between job sites, storage locations, the office, and retail stores
* Communicate consistently with your supervisor throughout the day
* Follow task lists and document completed work
REQUIREMENTS
* Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
* Proof of personal auto insurance meeting California minimum requirements
* Reliable SUV, truck, or van suitable for transporting supplies (full-size SUV required; crossovers are not sufficient)
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, loading, and unloading
* Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps for communication and task management
* Flexible availability based on project needs
