Construction Foreman Needed – General Contractor (concord / pleasant hill / martinez)

What You’ll Do:
* Supervise and working with a crew to complete different jobs (structural framing, formwork, drywall install, painting, finish carpentry, etc.)
* Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors
* Read plans and keep projects on schedule
* Enforce safety standards and maintain jobsite organization
* Ensure quality workmanship and resolve issues in the field
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years experience as a foreman or lead
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to read blueprints and manage crews
* Experience with public works / prevailing wage jobs is a plus
* Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
* Have to be willing to travel to different locations through the Bay Area.
