We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Ranch Hand to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable around horses, and has experience with farm and ranch operations.
**Responsibilities:**
* Operate tractors and other farm equipment safely and efficiently
* Repair and maintain electric fencing
* Perform general ranch and property maintenance
* Feed, water, and care for horses
* Assist with daily ranch operations as needed
* Identify and address maintenance issues around the property
**Qualifications:**
* Experience operating tractors and farm equipment
* Ability to troubleshoot and repair electric fences
* Experience handling and caring for horses
* Strong mechanical and general maintenance skills
* Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
* Valid driver's license preferred
