We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Remediation Technician to join our team. We offer stable daytime hours, guaranteed weekly pay, and no emergency on-call or weekend shifts. While we prefer candidates with some hands-on experience, we are fully prepared to train the right individual who has a strong work ethic and a desire to learn the trade.
Pay & Benefits:
Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour
Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours a week (No after-hours, weekends, or on-call work)
Time Off: 10 days of combined PTO and sick leave per year

What You’ll Do:
Daily Dispatched Jobs: Get dispatched daily to residential and commercial properties to handle water and mold damage projects.
Demolition & Debris: Perform light to heavy demolition, including cutting out damaged materials and hauling heavy debris out of properties.
Environmental Setup: Work inside containment zones in dusty environments, utilizing proper PPE and safety gear.
Equipment & Cleaning: Set up drying equipment, clean and sanitize affected areas, and handle daily tasks to keep the business operating smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
Language: Ability to speak Spanish is preferred (Bilingual is a major plus!).
Experience: Previous experience in property restoration, construction, or demolition ism preferred.
Driver’s License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Strictly Required).
Physical Ability: Must be able to handle heavy lifting, hauling debris, and working in dusty containment environments.
Reliability: Looking for someone punctual and ready to assist with daily operations to help run the business smoothly.
