We love our nanny, Rosa, and are helping her find two new families to work with as both children in our current share will be starting school soon. We’re looking for a family to start as early as August, and another at the beginning of October (with timing flex to start earlier/later). Rosa has been such a warm, steady, positive, and loving presence in our children’s lives and has been with them since they were infants (3-6 months). She’s incredibly reliable, consistently communicative, bilingual in English and Spanish, and takes the children to the park nearly every day, which we loved. She was a magician at helping them establish good nap schedules and sleep habits early on. And most importantly for us, she clearly cares so deeply about our kids and has helped them blossom through so many milestones – we could not be more grateful to know that our children were in her care.
Preferred areas: North Oakland / Rockridge / Temescal / Piedmont / Elmwood / Claremont
Hours: M-F, min 8hrs/day. Often willing to stay late or babysit for extra hours in the evening or weekend
Rate: $22.50 per hour per family (total share rate with two kids is $45/hour)
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Has a car, able to drive, safe driving history
