Iām looking for an experienced personal trainer to partner with me on an intensive 12-week shredding program. My goal: drop from 210 lbs to 185 lbs and get lean, ripped, and in peak shape by the end of this year.

Based in Newark, CA ā looking for training in the local area
What Iām looking for:
Several in-person sessions per week
Heavy, compound weight training (squats, deadlifts, presses, etc.) with a focus on injury prevention and proper form
Program design + accountability
Nutrition planning and supplementation guidance a plus
