The Opportunity
Are you a high-performing sales professional or marketer with a passion for mental health and cutting-edge technology?
We are a unique Psycho-biofeedback and Neurofeedback clinic in Alameda looking for a "Rainmaker."
We provide life-changing services that help clients manage anxiety, ADHD, peak performance, and PTSD using advanced brain-training technology. We have the office and the expertise; we need you to help us reach the people who need us most.
The Payoff:
We believe in rewarding results. Rather than a flat hourly rate, we offer a generous 20% commission on every sale you close. * High-Ticket Value: Our treatment packages typically range from $500 to $5,000+.
Earning Potential: Closing just three mid-tier packages a week can net you up to $4,000+ per month in commissions.
No Ceiling: There is no limit to what you can earn. As the practice grows, so does your income.
What You Will Do
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients, local physicians, therapists, and wellness centers in the East Bay.
We have a list of targets you can begin with if you like.
Consultation & Closing: Follow up with inquiries, explain the benefits of neurofeedback, and enroll clients into treatment programs.
Community Networking: Represent the practice at local Alameda/Oakland health events or business mixers.
Strategy: Develop your own marketing funnels (social media, email outreach, or referral programs) to keep the pipeline full.
Who You Are
A Closer: You aren't afraid to pick up the phone or meet someone in person to discuss a high-value service.
Empathetic: You understand that our clients are often seeking help for sensitive mental health issues. You sell with integrity.
Self-Starter: You don't need a manager to tell you to follow up. You treat this like your own business.
Local Knowledge: (Preferred) Familiarity with the Alameda/Oakland medical and wellness community is a major plus.
Requirements
Proven track record in sales (high-ticket wellness, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales preferred).
Ability to clearly communicate complex scientific concepts (biofeedback) in an easy-to-understand way.
Strong organizational skills to track leads and follow-ups.
