- Once established with one or a few face to face meetings with owner, expect 95%+ of recruiting work can be done remotely on phone/computer/your local Starbucks, do NOT need to come in the office often
- You should be able to interview some candidates face to face in the San Francisco Bay Area. Your local Starbucks is fine.
- Part Time, Hourly, Flexible Hours
- Looking for someone to screen candidates with resumes, then phone interviews and then possibly face to face interviews before the candidates meet the owner
- Expect hours to be plus/minus 10 hours a week, varying week to week
- Hourly wage plus retention bonuses possible, negotiable depending upon experience
