I’m a professional home organizer working part-time with a successful Bay Area organizing team on large projects, and part-time launching my own solo practice. I also bring years of experience organizing offices and systems from my former career as a marketing and operations director—so I’m practical, efficient, and systems-minded.
For Winter 2025, to gain more local clients and referrals, I’m offering -
• Free consultation
• $45/hour for 4–6 hour sessions
(For reference, most professional organizers charge $65–$150/hour—feel free to check TaskRabbit or Thumbtack.) I’m always honest about what I can do on my own, and I’m happy to refer you to a larger team if your project requires it. I’m friendly, hardworking, resourceful, and completely non-judgmental. Many clients are usually surprised to find that decluttering can actually be enjoyable.
Recent client feedback -
* “My garage is soooooo much nicer. I love how clean, functional, and simple the bedroom is—Sarah, you are a blessing.”
* “Wow—my kitchen and pantry look SO much better and I can find everything! I’m finally feeling less stressed about decluttering before the move.”
I can help you -
• Downsize or simplify
• Prepare for a move—or set up after one
• Get on top of years of accumulation
• Reduce stress and create systems that last
I often work with -
• People with ADHD or other challenges
• People with “Scarcity mindset”
• Folks navigating grief, depression, or big life changes
• New parents, empty nesters, or clients divorcing or downsizing
• Seniors moving to smaller homes or senior housing
• Anyone preparing for guests, holidays, or events
Areas I organize -
• Kitchens & pantries
• Closets & clothing
• Kids’ rooms & playrooms
• Home offices
• Living & dining rooms
• Bedrooms & bathrooms
• Storage areas & garages (garages aren’t my favorite—but they’re incredibly effective for decluttering the rest of the home!)
My approach -
I’m a big believer in downsizing and simplifying, because I’ve seen the relief and happiness it brings—but I’m not rigid or pushy. Not everything has to “spark joy,” and I don’t follow trends like Swedish Death Cleaning. We can organize without getting rid of too much—at your pace. Hiring a professional organizer is a gift to yourself—a calmer, more peaceful home where you can find what you need.
The process -
1. Email me a brief description of your project and location
2. We’ll schedule a quick call (photos always help)
3. We book a session and tackle your most annoying home projects
Because I focus fully while working, it may take a few hours to respond—but I will get back to you asap.
