Hello,
My name is Dan and I own a window cleaning company called "DAN DOES WINDOWS". I am a fully licensed and insured company looking for new customers to "wow".
I do interior and exterior window cleaning for one and two story homes all over Alameda County, Contra Costa County and San Joaquin Valley. I have many happy customers all over the Greater Bay Area!
Prices for Window Cleaning:
My prices are not based on the size of window pane like some other company's try and do . All window panes are the same price big and small. Remember each piece of glass is a pane and usually each window has two panes in it.
One story homes cost $10 per window pane or piece of glass to be cleaned both inside and out. If you only want the exterior or just the interior done then its $8 per window pane or piece of glass so $2 less. I clean the window screens on each side as well where needed which is included in this price already. Size of window pane does not matter, they are all the same price big and small.
Two story homes cost $12 per window pane or piece of glass cleaned inside and out on the second story, while the lower story is $10 per window pane or piece of glass cleaned inside and out. If you only want just the exterior done its $10 per window pane or piece of glass on the second story and $8 per window pane or piece of glass on the lower story.
NOTE: Remember the size of the window pane or piece of glass does not matter. Each are the same price and the only price difference is if its located on first or second story and if you only want the exterior or interior done.
NOTE: I only clean single and second story homes. No third level homes or businesses can be done with my current equipment.
I also clean solar panels and sunlight's between $10-$20 per depending on size.
There is a base fee of $75-125 depending on location for my services that help cover transportation and other fees.
Sales taxes are included in my price already. They will not change.
