Full disclosure:
I had this sign custom-made because people used to park too close to my driveway when I lived in San Francisco.
I stuck the black heavy steel holder post into the grass next to the sidewalk.
The paint for the graphic appears to be on heavy gauge plastic.
When you shop for signs you have to add the cost of the sign post along with the custom graphic.
I am a few blocks off at 680 on the border of Pleasant Hill and Concord.
