Thick, 4.0mm Aluminum Core: This pan will never warp. It heats quickly and evenly across every inch.
Plasma Primer: We coat the surface first – like the first coat of primer you use before painting walls. Similarly, the nonstick coating goes on smoothly and stays on longer.
Nonstick PFOA-Free Coating: We apply not just one, but four layers of PFOA-free, platinum-grade, nonstick coating.
Textured Surface: Microscopic peaks and valleys allow for more nonstick surface area, so it's harder to wear down.
Stain-Resistant Body: A double-ceramic coating makes the outside as easy to clean as the nonstick inside.
Larger Cooking Surface: Not all pans are created equal. We expanded ours, so our 10” pan holds 20% more than other 10” pans. Way more space to work with!
Heat Retention: Unlike cheaper pans, when you add cold ingredients to a Misen pan, the temperature won't drop so you get better searing, more evenly cooked food. Total time saver, too.
Even Heating: Those aluminum layers help the heat dissipate evenly across the surface. From edge to edge, everything cooks and browns evenly.
