Vintage or antique crystal ceiling light chandelier. Not sure of the year or style. Could be Art Deco, Georgian or Victorian style. I am not sure of what pieces may be missing as this is the way I purchased it for a shabby chic bathroom ceiling light.
Looks like and upside-down bowl to me. It has a few little chips on the top piece rim. Not noticeable from below.
Adjustable to suit your purpose.

I was going to order replacement crystals and just never got around to it.

I hope someone else can enjoy this beautiful light and restore it to its former beauty.
