All of these pure-white porcelain pieces are completely clean, no food residue whatsoever, and look brand new. They have been infrequently used and only washed by hand.
1. INDIVIDUAL RAMEKINS: These ramekins are so versatile - they can be used in the oven (think lava cakes, individual servings of fruit crisps, mini-souffles), on the table top (think nuts, olives, snack mixes, dips, soft cheeses, butter….), or in the fridge or freezer.
Five of the ramekins are Apilco brand porcelain, made in France, sold exclusively by Williams-Sonoma.
The other four ramekins are also porcelain, unbranded. I've seen similar sets of four that retail at $20.
Dimensions for all ramekins: 3.5” wide, 1.75” tall (outside measurements)

2. SOUFFLE OR GENERAL USE BAKING DISH (shown by itself in fourth photo)
This is a porcelain, straight-sided baking dish, specifically designed for souffles but also perfect for many other dishes in the oven, fridge or freezer. The dish could also be used to display food on the table or kitchen counter.
Unbranded.
