Get ready to ring in the New Year with style! I have four different styles of vintage Mid-Century Modern glassware/crystal to choose from. Or make an offer on the lot to deck out your swanky MCM bar.
1. Three beautiful smoked crystal wine glasses in the “Cora” design made by Peill and Putzler in West Germany. These are hand-blown, amazingly light and elegant, with a very fine rim. The foot and stem are clear crystal with a smoked goblet that has a darker effect at the unique squared-off base. These hold just under 12 ounces and measure 6 3/4" high and 2 5/8" diameter at the rim. The foot measures 3 1/8" across. $60 for the group of 3.
2. Five matching Peill and Putzler “Cora” smoked crystal cordial glasses. Each holds about 5.5 ounces and measures 5 3/8” tall and 2 1/8” diameter at the rim. The foot is 2 ½” across. $75 for the set of 5.
3. A set of 10 champagne coupes by Federal Glass in the “Nordic Midnight” style. These glasses have a square, smoked glass foot topped with a clear bowl that holds 8 liquid ounces, filled to the brim. 3 5/8” tall and 3 1/8” diameter at the rim. The foot is 2 1/8” across. These are also lovely as a dessert glass. $100 for the set of 10.
4. Three matching Federal “Nordic Midnight” water/juice glasses that hold ~10.5 ounces. These measure 5 1/4” tall and 2 7/8” diameter at the rim. The foot is 2 1/8” across. $30 for the group of 3.
All pieces are in excellent condition. No cracks, chips, or air bubbles.
