This mandoline is in great shape due to very infrequent use in our home kitchen.

You can also see videos on YouTube that demonstrate how to use the mandoline, including how to change the different cutting blades. Make sure you do your web search for this particular model, as De Buyer makes other models as well.
The photo I am including shows the mandoline on the left, the pusher assembly on the top right, and the case which contains the three different slicing blades. This case can be stored on the underside of the mandoline, if you wish.
