I made a loaf of white bread with this and it was soooo yummy! This unit is in fantastic condition. The only flaw is a little surface wear in the outside of the loaf pan (pictured). The Instruction Manual is included with this purchase! It tells you everything you need to know for using your new bread maker- including recipes! Dimensions: 13.5”x13”x9” Condition is very good
