The landlord is a narcissist sociopath the maintenance guy tells you he can come into your place without warning. Neighbors are loud and inconsiderate and any support you want from Landlord will just lead to him harassing you. There is a reason there are always apartments available. This is the worst place I’ve rented from. Landlord will deny any wrong doing that will happen on the property but will record you on the camera even when he’s not working on his day off on the weekend goes out of the way to make you feel unsafe. He’s a loser that gets off on the little authority he has. You will greatly regret it if you rent here. Neighbors steal.
